Members
Tasks of the AStA
The General Students' Committee (AStA) is the executive body of the student body and chairs STUPA. It meets almost every week. According to the State Higher Education Act, its tasks include:
- representing students' interests in the Senate and towards university management and administration,
- promoting art, culture and sports at Reutlingen University.
Meetings
Just drop by, no commitment, if you'd like to get involved in STUPA or are interested in current topics. All students of Reutlingen University are warmly invited. You'll get the date by email.
Elections
Senate
Four members and four deputies, each for one year starting in the winter semester. List voting applies: up to twelve people per list.
Faculty Council
Six student representatives per faculty, three at ESB. They represent the faculty student council (Fachschaft) in STUPA.
STUPA
The Senate, two from each Faculty Council and five directly elected members. STUPA elects the AStA.
